Basic information

The co-controllers of personal data, the principles of processing of which we describe in this document, are the Las Na Zamięki Foundation and Las Na Zawiye Sp. z o.o. both entities with their registered office in Warsaw 02-460, at 1 Gottlieba Daimlera Street, hereinafter referred to as Las Na Zawiye. In the Privacy Policy, we collect the most important information about the rules of processing personal data in our organizations. We identify the key groups of people whose Data we collect and explain for what purposes we do it, on what legal basis and for how long we keep it.

We also inform you about the rights of the persons whose Data we process.

Las Na Sempre takes care of the protection of privacy and information provided by the Users of the Website, and in particular their personal data. We collect Data only to the extent necessary to manage these sites, to ensure the smooth operation of the functionalities offered within their framework and to analyze the effectiveness of communication.

The legal basis for the use of Personal Data is based on and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the Processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, i.e. GDPR.

Basic definitions relating to personal data

Personal data, Data - means information about an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, internet identifier or one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, the physical, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person.

Data processing — means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collecting, recording, organizing, organizing, storing, adapting or modifying, downloading, viewing, using, disclosing by sending, distributing or otherwise making available, matching or combining, restricting, deleting or destroying.

Processor — means a natural or legal person, public authority, entity or other entity that processes Personal Data on behalf of the controller. Consent (Data Subject) — means the voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous expression of the will by which the Data Subject, in the form of a declaration or express affirmative action, consents to the Processing of their personal data, presented in a way that makes it clearly distinguishable from the rest of the issues, in an understandable and easily accessible form, in clear and simple language.

User, by this means any person using the website: www.polaczonapuszapolska.pl, or providing their Personal Data in another form.

Website - this should be understood as the website: www.polaczonapuszapolska.pl, which is co-administered by Forest Forever. Use of the site is free of charge.

Rights of persons whose data we process

All persons whose Data we process have the right to access their data (Art. 15 GDPR or, if applicable, Art. 13 (1) lit. f GDPR), rectify them (Art. 16 GDPR and, in certain cases, delete (Art. 17 GDPR) or restrict their processing (Art. 18 GDPR).

Persons whose Data we process on the basis of our legitimate interest (by contacting us in order to present an offer) may object by stating that they do not wish us to use their Data in this way (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

We want to make the exercise of rights concerning the data processed by us as simple as possible. However, as joint data controllers, we must ensure that we do not share the data with unauthorized persons. Therefore, if we have doubts that the person who, for example, requests access to the data or requests its deletion is indeed the person whose Data we process, we may ask him for additional information.

If you believe that your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. However, if you notice any problem, please let us know as well. We strive to protect your rights as best as possible. If we make a mistake, we will want to fix it as soon as possible.

Whose data we process and on what basis

  • Contact details
These data are provided in the contact form or made available directly to our mailboxes. Their transfer to Forest Forever by Users is voluntary. We process them on the basis of legitimate interest, in order to handle correspondence, for purposes arising from the content of the communication or in order to establish contact in the future. This data may include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and any other information contained in the body of the message.
The provision of this data is voluntary. We process the data for the time necessary to handle matters arising from the content of the communication. 
If you do not wish to use your Personal Data, please send your objection to: biuro@lasnazawsze.org.pl (using clear wording, such as “please unsubscribe me from your contact list”)

  • Data of people communicating through Facebook
Facebook is the administrator of the personal data of its users and processes it on the basis of its own terms and conditions. When you interact with us through Facebook
(like/following the page, reactions to posts, shares/retweets, comments, private messages), the administrator of Personal Data becomes, in addition to Facebook, Forest Forever.
We process data, such as your name/nickname, image, public profile and other information provided in messages or comments, on the basis of our legitimate interest, in order to respond to comments and messages, maintain relationships with people who interact with us, as well as to analyze the effectiveness of communication (Art. 6 (1) (F) GDPR). 
As a general rule, we do not link your interactions with us on Facebook with information that you provide to us in any other way (e.g. by email), unless otherwise indicated by circumstances (e.g. you have written us a private message on Facebook in which you have provided an email address requesting contact). We do not pass on your personal data to anyone. Keep in mind, however, that Facebook has access to all information about you.

Entrusting and processing of data

We entrust personal data for processing to Entities with whom we cooperate permanently and who are responsible for: IT service of the Foundation, accounting services of the Foundation. These entities operate on the basis of trust agreements and, on an equal footing with us, are obliged to maintain the confidentiality and security of any personal information that has been made available to them. In addition, in the case of using traditional mail communication, we entrust Personal Data for processing to postal intermediaries (Poczta Polska and other companies operating on the basis of postal law) on the basis of entrustment agreements and service regulations.

In some situations, we transfer the Data to other recipients (for example, those who work with us to organize a training or other event). In such cases, we always inform you in advance.

We store most of the data in electronic form: primarily on a rented server, but also — to a limited extent — on office computers, external drives and phones. We process Data through IT tools used by the team and Entities cooperating with Forest Forever.

Cookies policy

Our website www.polaczonapuszapolska.pl uses text files commonly referred to as cookies (cookies), among others, in order to adapt the service to the needs of users and for statistical purposes.

We use cookies to collect information about how you use our website and the correct configuration of the website, as well as to remember user settings (e.g. language, font size, etc.) We use cookies for analysis, research and audience audit, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that show how users of the website use www.polaczonapuszapolska.pl. This knowledge allows us to improve the structure and content of our pages.
